Just a Thought
Biblical Nutrition
A little history:
Four days after 9/11, several current members of the Forgiven Worship team attended a 'Friends of the Bridegroom' worship conference in Kansas City.  We were all desperately hungry for more of God's presence in our lives.  After some life-changing touches, we came back home (Jackson Hole, WY), eager to begin worshipping from a deeper place.  A few weeks later a group of about 10 intercessors and worshipers began meeting twice a week.

For the first year, we held a once-a-month night of praise and worship, sometimes lasting 3+ hours, and drawing people from several denominations and communities.  We have also ministered in homes and churches, in community-wide gatherings of praise and worship teams, and at conferences.  But our weekly prayer/worship together as a team is still a foundational part of what we do.  Every day we seek to worship, listen, and follow.  And every day we come to know Him more.  We are constantly learning more about listening to and following God's Spirit, and about His incredible faithfulness.

As we go out, no two times are ever the same, but they usually include extended times of praise and worship infused with the Word and prophecy, along with corporate and personal prayer.

This is about much more than just being musicians and our intention is not to perform or put on a concert.  This is about getting in a place of letting God touch anything in our lives that He wants to change.  This is about finding the love that we have all been searching for.  This is about Him.  And as we keep our eyes on Him, we are continuously overwhelmed by what we see.  We are on a journey, and each day is another day with the One we love.

Although there is great darkness around us, we know that the Light will never be overcome, and is in fact increasing in size and intensity as His Bride grows in size and purity.  As vessels of this Light, we choose to make our souls rise up in praise so as to release our spirits to ascend into God's presence, thereby opening a door for His Spirit to come, manifest, and move among us.
